After the details are completed and the form is launched: I voluntarily authorise the identified controller to process the data I provide in my website enquiry.

Purpose and data categories

The purpose is to respond to my enquiry: for an employer, to clarify staffing needs and prepare a proposal; for a jobseeker, to discuss experience, preferences and suitable vacancies. Data includes name and phone number; for employers, region and service. A detailed employer brief also includes organisation details, names and positions of the organisation head and contact person, email address, job description, employment conditions and candidate requirements. For jobseekers, current country and city, occupation and a brief description of experience. Once website submission is connected, the application date, consent record and version of the consent text will also be recorded.

Consent does not cover advertising, public disclosure, employee onboarding or processing employee documents.

Permitted operations

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, retrieval, use to respond to the request, restriction, deletion and destruction, by automated and non-automated means. Processing is intended to be performed by authorised employees of the controller.

If the form, CRM, hosting or email service involves appointing a processor, the actual processors and scope of their tasks must be identified here before launch. This draft does not permit unspecified disclosure to any partners.

Duration and withdrawal

The proposed consent period lasts until the response and proposal are completed, but no longer than 90 calendar days from submission. It ends earlier if withdrawal is received.

Consent may be withdrawn using the approved controller contact address in the first section. The request should identify the enquiry and state that consent is withdrawn. Deletion follows statutory deadlines and exceptions; where an independent lawful basis applies, the controller explains further retention.

How consent is confirmed

In the working version, confirmation will consist of independently selecting a separate consent checkbox and submitting the enquiry. The checkbox is not selected automatically. Declining consent prevents form submission; website information remains available.

The website currently only prepares an email: pressing the button opens an email application. Data reaches the recipient only after the visitor sends the email themselves. The website does not store completed fields or record consent on the server.

The general arrangements are described in the personal data policy. Reading it does not replace separate consent.
